Lesson Horse Lease
$575
per month - $750 per month depending on horse leased
Includes:
· Designated 2 days per week – riding or barn time
·
1 of those 2 days will be a scheduled riding lesson
· Preferred lesson scheduling
· Dedicated horse to show at local shows
·
Responsibilities:
·
Rider must know how to properly care and
tack horse on their own
·
Rider and if rider is under 18, the Adult signing lease must attend a barn safety
session prior to the start of the lease
·
Rider will be accompanied by an adult
(18+) at all times if not already previously arranged with Lessor
·
Exercise horse at least 2 times per week
·
Notes:
·
Horse will be also used for lessons during
days that are not scheduled
·
Horse will always remain on the property
unless permission has been given in writing from Lessor.
Insurance will be required for such event.
·
Lessee will be allowed to use Lessor tack
during lease with condition of proper care, maintenance, and will pay for
repair if damaged during use as further described in the Lease Agreement.
·
Horse may be used for a younger or less
experienced rider in the Walk-Trot Local Shows. If that Walk-Trot rider attends
a show, your hauling fee will be waived.

Lease terms subject to change with
provided 30-day notice.
